These GTC apply to all orders and business transactions via the online store store.dampfrein.ch. You accept the following terms and conditions with every order. Deviating agreements are only valid in writing.
Deliveries are made exclusively to addresses in Switzerland.
From a value of goods of CHF 110, we deliver free of shipping costs.

Online orders are possible at any time (24 h / 365 days).
Inquiries outside office hours will be processed the next working day.
First orders are delivered against prepayment.
After receipt of payment, the order will be processed immediately.
We check the creditworthiness of orders on account.
After approval, you will receive a payment link by email.
All prices are in CHF, including VAT.
Shipping and packaging costs are shown separately.
The prices at the time of ordering are authoritative. Prices are subject to change at any time.
You can pay using the following methods:
MasterCard, VISA, PayPal, Google Pay, Apple Pay, PostFinance, Postcard, Twint, instant bank transfer or on account.
When paying by invoice, the amount is due immediately. Delivery will only be made after receipt of payment.
In the event of default of payment, 6% interest on arrears will be charged per year.
Dampfrein Urscheler reserves the right to withdraw from the contract in the event of non-payment.
Discounts and graduated prices are visible in the customer account.
Vouchers can be redeemed during the order process.
Multiple vouchers cannot be combined.
Validity and amount depend on the respective offer.
Disposal of the devices is not included in the sales price.
The actual recycling costs and a handling fee will be charged for return or disposal.
By submitting an order, you are submitting a binding offer.
The order only becomes binding upon our confirmation.
Offers and price lists are non-binding.
We reserve the right to make changes to products and technical details, provided they do not impair quality or function.
We endeavor to meet delivery deadlines.
Delays caused by suppliers, transportation or force majeure automatically extend the deadline.
Compensation for damages in the event of delays in delivery is excluded.
Shipping is at the risk of the buyer.
Damage in transit must be reported immediately to the deliverer and noted on the delivery bill.
Partial deliveries are possible.
The statutory warranty under Swiss law applies to our devices.
During the warranty period, we will carry out repairs if there are material or manufacturing defects.
Damage caused by incorrect handling, calcification, wear and tear or external intervention is excluded.
Complaints must be made in writing within 2 days of receipt.
The goods remain the property of Dampfrein Urscheler until full payment has been received.
No liability is assumed for consequential damage, loss of production or loss of profit.
Natural wear and tear is not considered a defect.
Swiss law applies.
The place of jurisdiction is Gossau SG.
