The General Terms and Conditions are agreed upon when an order is placed.
Orders and offers
The buyer undertakes to place an order with Dampfrein Urscheler.
The order is placed verbally or in writing. Dampfrein Urscheler shall not be bound until it has confirmed in writing that the order will be executed.
The buyer is responsible for the correctness of the order and for ensuring that Dampfrein Urscheler receives all information regarding the ordered product(s) within seven days of receipt of the order.
Cancellation of the agreement by the buyer is only possible as long as Dampfrein Urscheler or its suppliers have not taken any production measures with regard to the ordered good(s);
Dampfrein Urscheler is to be held harmless for all resulting damages/costs.
The offers of Dampfrein Urscheler are subject to change and non-binding and only become binding upon written confirmation in accordance with the aforementioned provisions.
Dampfrein Urscheler is entitled to change and improve the goods without having to inform the buyer in advance, provided that the change or improvement does not affect or deteriorate the form or function of the goods.
Prices
The prices of the online store are inclusive of VAT, shipping and packaging costs are shown separately.
The prices are subject to change and can be changed at any time. The prices charged are those valid on the day of the order.
Disposal costs
Disposal of the goods is not included in the price. No disposal fee will be charged at the time of purchase; this will be due in the event of any disposal by Dampfrein Urscheler.
Delivery time
Dampfrein Urscheler endeavors to adhere to the stated delivery times, but cannot accept any liability.
Cases of force majeure are not the responsibility of Steamfrein Urscheler and entitle it to extend agreed delivery times.
Dispatch and assembly
Dampfrein Urscheler delivers ex warehouse to the specified address at the buyer's expense. Ground-level locations, such as incoming goods, ramp, warehouse, workshop, etc., shall be deemed unloading points. Transportation/assembly within the building shall be at the buyer's expense. Partial deliveries are permitted.
The goods travel at the risk of the recipient.
Damage in transit must be reported immediately to the driver and noted on the delivery bill.
Shipping to private individuals is always cash on delivery.
In the event of default of acceptance, Dampfrein Urscheler is entitled to store the goods at the risk and expense of the buyer.
Payment terms
The following payment methods are available in the store: MasterCard, VISA, PayPal, ApplePay, GooglePay, PostFinance, PostCard, Sofortüberweisung, Twint.
Transfer: You will receive an invoice by e-mail after placing your order. The invoice amount is due immediately.
The order will only be processed after receipt of payment.
Cash on delivery: This payment method incurs additional costs of CHF 50.
PayPal: You pay the invoice amount via PayPal.
Payments must be made in Swiss francs (CHF). The day on which Dampfrein Urscheler can dispose of the amount is decisive for the receipt of payment.
Default: If the buyer exceeds a payment deadline, he is in default without a reminder.
Dampfrein Urscheler is entitled to charge default interest of 6% of the amount owed.
Retention of title
All purchased items remain the property of Dampfrein Urscheler, Herisauerstrasse 2, 9200 Gossau until full payment has been made.
Warranty and exclusion of liability
The statutory warranty under Swiss law applies.
Damage caused by improper use, incorrect installation, calcification, wear and tear or external influences is excluded.
Natural wear and tear is not considered a defect (e.g. calcification).
Defects must be reported in writing within two days.
Further claims such as loss of profit or consequential damage are excluded.
Return conditions
Returns are only possible in unopened, undamaged original packaging.
